Many opportunities for further training

AUFGEPASST e.V. employees are given countless opportunities for further training. As well as a wide variety of external training opportunities, we also offer regular in-house training sessions on various educational themes.

Once or twice a year, moderated team-building days take place to strengthen cohesion and set goals together.

All employees are also able to follow interesting training courses individually if these fit in with our daycare concept and can also be incorporated into everyday life at the kindergarten. This includes further training to become a:

• certified specialist in integration
• experienced specialist in integration
• certified specialist in language development

All those who are changing their career path receive training in accordance with the conditions set out by the Senate of Berlin.

English-speaking staff at the kindergarten also receive regular training, e.g. in educational work at nursery school level.
