Training positions at our daycare centres

We offer in-service training as part of our efforts to help ease the situation with regards to skilled nursery school staff in Berlin. We are committed to helping young people start out on a challenging, future-proof and highly valued career path.

Up to five in-service training positions are available at our daycare centres each year.

Trainees are fully respected and included as colleagues. Right from the start, they are given responsibility and have a say in how things are run.

It goes without saying that all trainees are also provided with regular feedback on their own training and personal development.

It is our wish to continue the working relationship for several years after the end of the training period.
